Cacao Elixir
Ingredients
- 1/2 mug Brewed Dandelion Tea
- 1/2 mug Warmed Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil or MCT Oil Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 2 scoop Collagen Powder
- 1 tbsp Monk Fruit Sugar You can use maple syrup or honey instead
Instructions
- Measure out half of your mug with non-dairy milk. Warm on the stove on low heat.
- While your DF milk is warming, boil water and fill your mug half way. Letting your dandelion tea steep.
- While DF milk is warming and tea is steeping, add all other ingredients to a blender.
- Once tea is steeped to your desired taste, pour into the blender. Once milk is warmed, pour into the blender.
- Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, creating a foamy layer!
- Pour into your mug and enjoy!
