Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 mug Brewed Dandelion Tea
  • 1/2 mug Warmed Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil or MCT Oil Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 2 scoop Collagen Powder
  • 1 tbsp Monk Fruit Sugar You can use maple syrup or honey instead

Instructions
 

  • Measure out half of your mug with non-dairy milk. Warm on the stove on low heat.
  • While your DF milk is warming, boil water and fill your mug half way. Letting your dandelion tea steep.
  • While DF milk is warming and tea is steeping, add all other ingredients to a blender.
  • Once tea is steeped to your desired taste, pour into the blender. Once milk is warmed, pour into the blender.
  • Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, creating a foamy layer!
  • Pour into your mug and enjoy!
