Making almond butter yourself saves lots of money and improves the quality of it! The majority of store bought almond butters contains added inflammatory oils, sugar, additives and preservatives.
We eat lots of almond butter in our house!
We…
put it in smoothies!
spread it on healthy pancakes!
dip apples in it!
add it to our chia seed pudding!
and eat it with a spoon!
Why is this recipe so awesome!?
1. You save money!
It costs about 50% LESS to make your own almond butter! When I ran the numbers and compared the cost of store bought almond butter and homemade almond butter, the homemade almond butter is half the price of store bought almond butter!
2. It is so easy!
Roast the almonds, let them cool, and spin them in a food processor till creamy! That’s it, that’s all! This recipe is so easy, delicious and healthy!
3. Does not contain any additives, oils or preservatives!
This is my another thing I love about this recipe! The only ingredients are almonds and sea salt, that’s it! Store bought almond butters have to sometimes add preservatives, inflammatory oils, and even sugar! Your homemade almond butter will not have any of those in it!
Friends! I hope you enjoy this creamy homemade almond butter that will nourish your body!
