Anti-Inflammatory Vanilla Turmeric Elixir

This beautiful elixir is packed with protein and fat and is a very potent anti-inflammatory! This is an awesome breakfast for cold mornings for people who want to lower their inflammation.

- 350 mL Unsweetened Coconut Milk or any dairy free milk!
- 1 tsp Organic Turmeric Powder you can do add less if you wish
- 2 cracks Black Pepper
- 2 dashes Ground Ginger
- 1 dash Ground Nutmeg
- 3 dashes Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Gelatinized Maca Root Powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Power I recommend Genuine Health
- 1 scoop Collagen Powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Warm the coconut milk on the stove in a pot on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally. Warm to desired drinking temperature.
While the coconut milk is warming, add the rest of the ingredients to your blender.
Once the coconut milk is warmed to your liking, add the coconut milk to the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
