Green Macha Elixir

This green elixir is packed with protein and fat to keep you full all morning long! The matcha will give you a slow, sustained calm energy boost!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 mug Dairy Free Milk
  • 1 tsp Organic, Ceremonial Grade Matcha
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Spirulina Powder
  • 2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil or MCT oil
  • 1 scoop Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 2 Organic Medjool Dates
  • 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Warm your DF milk on the stove on low heat and add your dates. Make sure to remove the pits if they are not pitted. Stirring occasionally.
  • Add all other ingredients to your blender.
  • Once the DF milk is warmed and dates are soft, pour into your blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into your mug, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
